I agree, there are no absolute guarrentees in life...but I still think a 27.0
seat tube would indicate an SP over an SL frame, right? And maybe you could
share the names of some of the many companies that ream the SP seat tubes to
27.2 so those of us with less experience? Enquiring mind want to know...
