I've know a store here in berlin that still has a bunch of rolls of no-name cloth bar tape in several colors (red, yellow, blue, black and green. maybe he still has purple ...) they are 2 Euros a roll. I'm happy with it. I've got it on my "everyday" Legnano and it lasted close to two years before fraying. If anyone is interested let me know.
