I've seen English and Italian with the flat. If you are picking through
parts, are you looking for French? Or trying to avoid it? You could always buy a
french steerer, or a ratty old French fork and cut off the threaded part and
make a keychain out of it. Can you give some background as to why you are asking
the question?
