Here's a photo of my Bob Jackson that I recently built up into a fixie.

I thought I would share it with fellow members. It is a mix of classic and modern...and whatever spares I had lying around. Bob Jackson frameset, campy crankset with 39t. 18 Surly cog in back, ITM bars and American Classic stem, Copper bell, gran compe non aero levers, campy brake calipers, and a set of led NOS red labeled Fiamme tubular rims with Sansin hubs. This was my first attempt at building up a fixie and my first time riding one. I chose a low gear for the hills around here...I am going to play around a bit yet with the gearing after I am used to the bike. I will probably go with a 16 and 17 cog also. Just thought I would share it with the group.
