As I have almost every Stronglight model made from 1970 to 1990, I am 99% sure that is either a model 105 or a model 104, possibly with 105 bis drilled rings. Both 104 and 105 had the same 122 BCD circle as mod 93. I've used 105 bis rings on both 93 and 104 arms. If you look carefully at the amount of ring webbing between the chainring bolts and the actual chainring teeth, I think it is clear this is not a mod 106, which had a 144 circle, but a 122 BCD mod 104 or 105. The circle is also way too big for mod 99.
