Pedals are definitely cheap ones off a UO-8 or lower. There is another suspicious thing about this frame. Note that the front forks are half-chromed, but the rear stays are painted. On PX-10 and most other French bikes of this era, a top French model with 531 throughout almost always had half-chromed forks AND stays. Half-chromed forks and painted stays indicated a high-mid range bike with 531 main tubes only or with Vitus tubing. This is definitely a quality frame, but it may be one model below the PX-10 the seller claims it is.
