Yes, indeed, that was an issue, then again you could make a height adjustment
by changing the seat to one of a different height. All I can say is, you
would have to be awfully sure of your seat height to have a frame built along
those lines. I guess I should add, that those frames were generally built for very
fit racers, who knew exactly what they wanted!
