If it's got a six digit serial no on the bottom bracket, as well as the frame size, it's probably one of the one's that Ten Speed Drive imported.

The models that I painted for them that had chrome were SL or better, only the Aelle frames came without chrome. I'm talking circa 1986 - 1990.
