Thanks to all who responded to my question about the value of the large Hetchins M.O. offered for $3300 at the CR Sales page. While most agreed that it is heavily overpriced the seller told to me in the meantime that it has been sold already. So to say the proof that we all were wrong. While some Hetchins enthusiasts pointed out that far more exotic and rare Hetchins sold for much less I must admit the seller is right that a rare size is a very special feature. If I lust for the first M.O. ever built but can't get it, I can also live with number three or seven. Or if I absolutely want the only green/yellow one with chromed lugs I can also be happy with a black one that has other nice features. But if I need a special size and only one exists (and only two coming close with one in the posession of the same seller), then...

... yes then I have to concentrate on the 65cm Rene Herse I have been told about a few weeks ago.

BTW: At least I got a small consolation gift yesterday (eBay auction 2770632775 look at the components!)
