I have the Williams crank that you spoke of on a Bates BAR. It has an absolutely beautiful satin finish, and as you said, has an adaptor to fit 151 bolt pattern chainrings. Mine has the Williams rings as well, which are machined to an amazing crispness. Jpegs are available, if anyone wants them...
