I had someone who said he was from West Africa respond to my for sale ad in CR Classifieds for my Claud Butler frame. I told him what my price was, he agreed to it and asked for my address to send payment. Then he sent this:

Hello Robert,  ok.i have instructed my client in maryland to issue the check to you he has promised it will get to you by monday next week.meanwhile i also instructed him to include $3860 on the payment so you should expect a cashier check of $4460.the excess funds is for my shipper, it will be used for the shipping of the Claud Butler frame and fork  along side one other boat i placed order for in his care .so i'll imploy you to wire the balance via westernunion to my shipper ladi martins after cashing the check.will be coming for pick up on a specified date that will be convenient for you .i hope i can count on you for my balance.email asap.
