Thanks for the info. That link did indeed provide some answers. I went down to look again. This particular bike appears to be a Raleigh built because it has AMF stickers on the frameset, seat tube. It is a 10 speed with JUMBO Huret shifter on the downtube s, unlike the 3 speed models Sheldon discusses. Just in case someone else on the list is interested. There was another women's step through model in the same size, probably the same type of bike (I didn't note the headbadge) Huret 5 speed with one shifter, the downtube shifter was broken but overall if was in Ok shape. It had fenders and such on it. If someone is interested in this one. Let me know offlist. I could probably get it from the guy for about $10.
