Does anyone know anything about T.A. headsets? Always vey expensive; in the 1963 edition of Kitching's, the T.A."Professionel 1600" headset is slightly more expensive than the 1039 Record Campagnolo set, and about double the price of a Stronglight Competition set. In the 1981 edition, ref.3900 alloy set is just shy of twice the price of a Zeus 2000 set. I've never seen a T.A. headset. How available were they? A 50's version went for over a grand on Ebay recently! Also, I've asked this before, but does anyone remember the T.D.C. Silver Wing headset? A high end deluxe item, similar in appearance to Campy Strada, came in a presentation box. A local shop had one in the mid '70's; I've never seen another, or heard of them otherwise.
