Steven,

I am new to the 'ebay' culture and do not understand your term 'snipe'.

Would you please provide an explanation.

Thanks,

I have been watching this bike since it was first listed, expecting somebody to out it to the list. Not only was it not outed, but it is also not attracting bids. Is this a case where the high starting bid scares people away? While the parts and the frame are not perfect, they are in keeping with the age of the bike. Perhaps there are a number of snipe bids all stored away with one of the numerous snipe services out there?
