Last year (Nov 02) I queried this list for info on a make of bike from former-USSR. Then, I named it a MAXUOH, as is Cyrillic lettering on downtube decal. Now I've learned it's a TAKHION, made from 1981 to about 1992, by the Central Design & Technology Agency Bike Building or CDTA VELO, a special sports bike maker in Kharkov, Ukraine.

Recently, through the son of Takhion's chief designer-constructor and former racer, Reginald Vorontsov, I've received many images and details of this rare breed. Rather than describe here, Takhion's original-forged components, lugged Columbus-tube frames, and banned aero-bars for massed-start track racing, you can see for yourself, on a few pages on my bikecult-bikeworks website:
