Well Chuck, after going to great lengths to accumulate the right patent date Campagnolo components to match these bikes, it just seemed wrong to have a Super Record Ring on em. Ironically, it's guys like you that really know what's right on a Campagnolo equipped bike that I thought might say: " Nice bike. Too bad its got the wrong rings" Someone on the list no long ago commented on bike on ebay and said pretty much the same thing. I'm not really that thin skinned about it, but I'm really pretty proud of these bikes. Maybe I'll just say: "Yeah, I've got the NR rings, but I just like the looks of the SR better."
