Subject: [CR]Mavic and Modolo Questions

Anyone know when the Mavic Open 4 CD was introduced? Is it old enough to be correct on an early 80's bike just within the CR cutoff? Also, can someone tell me what the heirarchy of Modolo models was? Where did the Speedy rank? Anyone have a Modolo timeline?
