I have a 1961 Bianchi and a 1958 (or so) Frejus that both have red Columbus
tubing stickers. I think it was not so much a British thing as a manufacturer's
thing. Reynolds wanted people to KNOW that a frame was built with Reynolds,
likewise with Columbus. It's marketing.
