Tom Sanders wrote a few days ago to me about a Hetchins on Ebay, which the owner asserts is rare, but will not give a serial number or model. I wrote to him out of curiosity, and he was nice enough to send back recognizable but blurry photos on Jpg. First claims that the cycle was repainted by Hetchins, that it might be a Super Special between 1942-1951. I've checked the Hetchins site, and against a Nulli Secundus I own. It is definitely not Super Special, and appears to be a Nulli Secundus, as the head tube area lugs look correct on the front of the head tube, but where the lug joins the down tube, the lugwork is all wrong. It's either later Nulli expeirement or a Harry Butler Special. I would steer clear of this one.
I also informed the owner in great detail that the serial number was on both the right rear dropout and the stearing tube. He informs that the serial number is not recognizable on the frame and doesn't mention the stearing tube. He also want about $1167.00 for it with newer Dura Ace track gear outfitting it.
