John,

I am looking at four (4) "Raleigh" catalogs from the early to mid 70's. They all show the International Model 'DL-170' as having:

" Reynolds 531 Double Butted Tubes, Forks & Stays "

One catalog shows " Reynolds 531 Double Butted Tubes, Forks & Rapid Taper Chainstays. "

If you want a scan of the cover and tech pages I will send it to you.

Question-

Does a Raleigh International have all the tubes butted 531, or just the main tubes?

Thanks for your help.
