, Bertin frames were very popular in the UK from about 1960 to 1964. The one you have sounds typical of this period. Lloyd Cycles might be able to supply transfers. Regarding the Mafacs the craze for gold anodised parts was in the late 70's and early 80's. Preceding this the fad was for black anodised parts in the early 70's.
