    Assuming that the geometry and tires are similar, no. Please bear in mind though, that I weigh 128 pounds, and almost all frames feel stiff to me. (When I rode the NY to Bear Mountain Century a couple of times about 30 years ago, I weighed about 122.)
    To further qualify my answer: my experiences with bikes of that type on long rides is limited to a Reynolds tube Peugeot and a Columbus tube Atala. Both frames (with fork and headsets installed) weigh about 5.5 pounds and feet too stiff for my tastes.
