The 1936 Holdsworth Cycling Aids lists wood coloured (painted) rims as
extras on the same page as the Campagnolo hubs. It doesn't specify a rim
type
so I guess your 2 shillings and
ninepence extra would buy you a pair of wood effect painted Conloy Asps or a
Dunlop HPs. Now that would be a cool set of wheels! Now I know what to put
on my 24" 1936 Selbach.
