Resilion steel hubs were about in the late 50's and through to the erly 60's. There were two types of large flange rear hubs the 559 &.560. I cannot remember which number designated gear/fixed etc.. These were very popular with club and touring cyclist's for many years. They were commonly fitted by manufactures on their low to medium priced bicycles. They also produced a derailleur called the "Crimson Star". Resilion are really well known for their famous Cantilever Brakes still in use and liked by the older tandem rider and tricyclist.

Best wishes and be lucky. Michael Butler Huntingdon UK.
