I bought a set from Nick-at-Lloyds dot com in England. It was under $20 including postage to the USA. Here's his description of them:
The only decals I can supply off the shelf are the French 531 and the only versions I have of those at the present are the Double butted frame and fork set at £7/set. These are the version with no address at the bottom, and the "531" running diaganol on the frame transfer.

has the remnants of one on the top tube next to the headset, and the bike is deserving of a cosmetic refurb-touchup. One of the items I'd like to replace is that transfer, and since I have several other late 60's-early 70's frames that have various bits of the frenchie 531 stickers, I thought I'd ask if anyone out there has 'em? Don't recall seeing them on squee-bay recently at ALL.
