The Stronglight A9 comes close except for the sealing bit. If you use a SR top nut on this one, it's passable as a SR track head set. The sealed one by Stronglight is the Delta, but it's more of an early to mid 80s look.
I haven't checked the dimensions, but it might be possible to use a Delta crown race (the part with the "o ring") with the A9 lower stack. If it worked, you'd have sealing on the lower, and that's the one that gets most of the grime flung at it.
A winter time expedient is to cut a "rubber band" out of an inner tube that
is of a diameter that can be stretched over the lower stack, sealing it. You
used to be able to buy these in pairs from a shop, but it's pretty easy to make
your own.
