Two questions if I may:

The bottom bracket axle has a chrome end with the "B". Is that a seperate piece or part of the axle?
>From the chainstay bridge(chainstay itself) there is a piece extending downwards with a threaded hole. What was that for? Chain tensioner? Thanks.
