We'll need more information if we're going to narrow it down any. Are they high flange or normal flange? Is the shell steel, steel and aluminum, or all aluminum. What does the logo look like? Are they road or track? What does the qr lever and end nut look like?
Probably the easiest way to get a date on these is to check the date-stamp on the inside surface of the locknut, or the face of the axle cone. If these parts are original, then that's when the hubs were made.
