Don't think so, Jerry... check out the next photo, 6.jpg, from the right rear (and I do believe they are photos, not paintings), that's a wishbone stay... and still no sign of a seatpost bolt... Maybe it's one of those in-the top tube deals, on the left side (like Strawberry?)
