I forgot to mention that this is most likely a true Cimatti bike. They were based out of Bologna and sponsored a pro team for quite a few years. They are actually better than average for the period. There is at least one other Cambio Corsa-equipped Cimatti in the country. I am happy to say that it belongs to a listmember.
