[CR]Headset/Crown Race Question

I have been trying to collect a complete Suntour Superbe Pro group to build up a frameset with and am just missing a few bits. One item is a headset. On ebay there is one (see link below), for a "1" Threaded 27.0 Crown Race."

With the exception of the crown race, any reason I can't use this on a 1970's road bike with English threaded steerer tube?
