Harvey and friends, An easy way to make a sleeve of the appropriate size is to use brass tubing which can be purchased from most hobby shops and many hardware stores. Some stores will also stock stainless steel tubing, which can be a bit nicer to use, in smaller sizes. You might have to "telescope" smaller sized tubes inside larger pieces in order to get the proper inside and outside diameters. Regards, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia
