I have a set of the later Modolo Pro brake levers that have the option of being used with aero routing of the brake cable. How does the aero routing work? Do I install the cable end in the hood opening where a traditional cable would come out, with the cable then looping down around the pivot bolt of the lever part and then out the hole below the mounting bolt? I believe this would work but seems somewhat odd. I take that you also necessarily need to drill the bars as there is no natural place where the cable housing, which exits below the mounting bolt, can be fed to the bars.

Does anybody have a set of the levers? I believe they were very short-lived. Has anybody used them for aero routing?
