Pete and all,

Those of us up here have known the secret of Lee Valley for many years now - I believe they have also opened a US store. As I know most of you are lovers of fine craftsmanship, well this is the ultimate place to buy your carpentry and gardening tools as well as a range of other fine hand tools (I got a very nice heavy duty "Record" vise from them last year for $40.00CDN). Most of my gardening tools come from there and we just bought a bunch of stocking stuffers. Every now and then they have things like the oiler pen, micro-brushes, cleaning brushes, etc. on sale and a very good value - useful for bicycle cleaning etc.. Their catalogues are pieces of art in themselves.

Have fun browsing! As Pete notes:
