Subject: [CR]Advice needed on packing.

Advice needed... I received an item within the past month. it was a frameset. It arrived rather chewed up. There was only a fork brace and some foam cushion on either side on the BB spindles. no brace in the rear dropouts. No other protective...nothing. no newspaper. no foam. nothing to take up space inside and keep it from banging around. nothing. It was shipped UPS. What's a person to do? I sent a gentle email saying it arrived and I would have liked to have seen some better packing, it didn't travel well with UPS. I can't say enough in the fact, I was looking forward to this arriving and now I am looking at the bare area on the BB where the uncushioned bottom rubbed. same with either side of the rear dropouts. bare metal. It is a bit troubling. The outside of the box wasn't really damaged and this clearly isn't a case of UPS handling.
