Here is a nice '54ish RRA frameset with the hard to find rack. Prior correspondance with the seller indicated that this frame was refinished by Raleigh around 1970. The fork should have chrome ends only. I already have one and this frame is too small for me (or my wife) so I can pass with a clear conscience!
