Seller says a mid 60's frame, repainted fairly recently and hardly ridden after repaint. Frame has some interesting brazeons, including what looks like two eyelets a foot above the drop outs. Anyone know anything about these?

Also Nervex lugs, no derailer hanger, all Reynolds 531db. Good thing it's too small for me.
