Subject: [CR]W.A. and Way-assauto

Looking through the Emilio Bozzi catalog I see quite a few parts made by "W.A" - seat binder bolts, crank bolts, headsets, pedals, bottom brackets, etc. Is that the same company as "Way-assauto"? Am I speeling that right?
