>Tom: I did make it to the show, albeit, a little late. The Monson show trafditionally starts of super early and this year was no exception. Unfortunately, the days before the show, I had been out snow shoveling and my back was not agreeing with me. When I arose on Sunday morning at 4:30AM I had all my swap stuff packed and ready to go, but I could barely get out of bed and straighten up. I finally left at about 7:30AM, but left the Hetchins and swap stuff behind.
\r?\n>I asked Jim Huntington if he had seen you, but he had no idea of who was at each table.
\r?\n>
\r?\n>Most of the swap stuff was antique and balloon but there were a few tables with lightweight items mixed in, and one table in the back with all lightweight Campy and Dura Ace. I did find three pairs of Lyotard 45s NOS for $20 each. I'm not sure of vintage, assume 60-early 70s. And also found what might be a NOS Raleigh Lenton crankset. I met Jim Locke who useto be on the CR and many old friends from Larz.

\r?\n>The Concour was small, but interesting. I didn't pay much attention to it, as I was too busy Schmoozing with old friends, but I was admiring your Benotto and a completely restored 1890s Columbia Lightweight Tourer. On stage was a 1980s Team Raleigh, that in past years I might have considered buying, but I've got too much cash going out in restorations. In the front of the room was a Sun Tandem with some very interesting English parts.

\r?\n>The show broke up as early, at about 11:00AM. Hope to see you at either Copake or Cirque.
