[CR]TA Tevano left arm

I'm looking for a TA Tevano left crankarm in 165mm. Looks like this:

And a semi-OT question: can I use a Campy AC-H cartridge (111 spindle) with a NR crankset? (I know someone here is going to have a definitive answer to this.)
