Early Kleins used the SR or NR FD.
A amsll section of painted-Klein-sized tubing was supplied. The FD band was
formed around it ,then a longer bolt was slightly bent(like an early OS
Kryptonite lock mount and the nut was turned.
My '78 Boron Reinforced Team Super features a FD done at the factory.
Other features include a Gold NR/SR group with the 27.4 post.
the multi-size Record C clamp came later.
