I believe it's a Nuovo Record, the model below the Super Speciale, which was top of the line at the time. The tubing decal is triangular, meaning that it's a Tretubi Columbus frame. IIRC, the stays are Falk tubing. It would have come with a Cinelli full sloping crown fork with Columbis Tubing.
