I'm looking for info on a builder named Gary Sinkus. A friend has a lugged/fillet tandem of Sinkus's and has asked me if I knew anything about him. Any and all info is appreciated. I have checked the usual sources(including Lou Deeter's used bike buyers guide) and have found nothing.
