One of our many LBS's in the area has a very nice Bob Jackson for sale. Probably early 80s, all japanese components (mix of Suntour and Shimano I believe, I couldn't get a close look, it was hanging on a wall, up high)...I almost bought this bike at one point, but at $600 the price seemed about $200 too high.
They've had the bike for over a year, that I know of, and it might be available for something under the asking price by now.
It's 56 or 57cm c-t, deep candy blue. Graphics and paint look well-nigh perfect.
The bike is at Triathlete Zombies in Manhattan Beach, California, right on Sepulveda/PCH at 2nd Street. Formerly Ted Ernst Bicycles, it's a good pro-style road shop.
I don't have their number, but they should be easy enough to find via directory assistance. I'm sure they'd ship anywhere in the CONUS for a fee.
Call and ask about it.
No relation to seller. I was just in the shop the other day for something else, noticed the bike on the wall, and realized someone here might like to have it.
