Is the serial number 1955? On the CR's Richard Sachs page, there is a picture of frame number 2405 with a quote from e-RICHIE identifying it as his 240th frame, made for the February of '77 NY Bike Show. 1955 should make your frame his 195th frame, and, I would guess, a 1976 frame. Richie?
