I have a pair of white and black tire covers I am trying to identify. I think they were originally designed to encircle spare tubular wheels. In any event, they
have the word "BARELLI" printed on both sides: Was barelli a tire or wheel manufacturer, component builder, or perhaps simply and Italian advertiser? Any thoughts? Bill, F.B., Ga. USA
