I have to admit that I have seen some really nicely constructed frames that I would not care to own based on the graphic design and concept of the decals.
While some on the list would call this pretty superficial, I would have to disagree, as the decals are just a reflection of the lengths to which a builder is willing to go to get the details right.
In fact for me it becomes pretty easy to judge the level of maturity of the builder's taste, by the paint schemes and decal design.
