Never heard of a Stronglight model 90, that looks like a model 104 to me. With the drilled chainrings, it might have been designated a 104 bis. Model 104 is about the right era for this frame. And 104 would have been a good but not quite top of the line model, which matches the frame, which is Vitus, while Hinault's own Gitanes were 531 or 531 Pro.
