I saw and artist once in Disneyland, making pancakes that looked like Mickey. Schwinn made a fortune selling Varsity's to folks that didn't know art but knew what they liked, ($64 vs. $325). Anyone who doesn't appreciate a gifted craftsman's work, as art, is doomed to be the curator of mediocrity.
