I don't know how rare Nisi clincher rims are but your question interested me. I just went down to the basement where I have a set of 27 x 1 1/4" Nisi rims with intact transfers and "Nisi Toro" stamped opposite the transfers. Came to me with an Italvega Nuovo Sport purchase as loose rims with Ofmega hubs. Don't know if they were original to the model or when that model was available.
It'd be good to know the approximate date for future use...
